For those who visit our blog, my apologies for our lack of entries this winter. Much happening though at San Juan Outfitters. I'll give some quick updates, and then follow up later with more detail.
Regarding our staff. I'm very happy to announce that San Juan Outfitters will have close to 90% of our staff returning from last season or previous seasons! One of our goals as a company is to provide a meaningful employment experience, so I'm very happy to have so many people wanting to return.
We are expanding our expedition services (3-day, 5-day, and custom overnights) so check out the website in the coming weeks.
There will be a transboundary Southern Killer Whale Workshop sponsored by NOAA and The Whale Museum. This workshop is for industry professionals, and will be a two comprehensive workshop.
We are available for daily tours beginning Valentine's day weekend. Come join us for a whale and wildlife tour, or kayak tour from Roche Harbor.
